Should be a good fight, the odds are freaking crazy on this fight. Cintron is not a slouch, he has a big punch and Williams is open to right hands. I think Williams can out work Cintron but just one punch, and I mean one punch, and this fight could be over. As much as I dislike Cintron (Martinez fight outcome), I think he has some chance here...like 40% chance to win a decision but anything can happen.

Williams will likely outwork him to a decision but it should be a great fight.
