I personally don't think he is on steroids. Also people have to keep in mind that boxing is as much mental as physical. So if Pacquiao thinks a test may affect his performance, then people need to understand that. I'm neutral in some ways about this situation but I believe Pacquiao might be superstitious.

No proof what so ever. Just a horible su****ion created by asking for a 24 day window.
It was just mismanaged so he looks like he's hiding something when he probably isn't. I mean he's got an entourage of a hundred people, there wasn't one guy there to speak up and say : "it's going to look really fricken ****** to people to ask for a 24 day window". Really? With all his money and influence, there wasn't one guy around him competent enough to look a few steps ahead and consider how it would be preceived?
