To be honest, I just think that he lacks the knowledge that Leonard was a Welterweight and just remembers that Leonard beat Hagler.

Could be; it's a subjective view. Maybe he just preferred his style or didn't consider what they were asking for.

My #1 Q/A for Benn would be why he wore that Jerri-Curl for soooooo long. I'd hate to be near the ring with him wearing that; everytime he'd get hit he'd probably spray the press row.
