People fail to realize that boxers only get away with it if both fighters are going back n forth. If one person keeps on grabbing and fighting, then the ref will deduct points.

So if May keeps grabbing Pac without Pac initiating it, Floyd will lose points and the ref will stop him everytime.

Legitimate concerns. That is why I think this fight will be a tough one for Manny. It is hard to get off any shot on Floyd. If you try to go to the body he pushes your head down so all you can hit are his knees. He can back up or smother you punches. Pac has some great foot work though so it will be competitive for Floyd as well.

Straight fast punches puts Floyd in the offensive and he doesn't punch back. Pac has a fast very straight left and has the ability to loop it. Plus Pac can throw in bunches when Floyd will limit himself with mostly two punches and out of the way.

The biggest obstacle that Pac faces is how Floyd adjustes in the fights. No one does it better than him so they will have to have more than a couple of plans in place
