yup, io dont agreewith 100 percent froch says. Hes my favourite fighter by far.

But calzaghe is a far superior fighter to david haye who is literally running for his lif against the K bros.

I agree with one thing in this topic, David Haye is a *****. His skills are highly overrated and he gets hit often by old man John Ruiz. If that was an Old Vitali in there, Haye would probably not even make it out of the first round. Haye is a bloody hype-job.

Shane was old and past his prime still he destroyed Margarito the recognized WW champion in his last fight.

Calzaghes best win are Hopkins, Lacy and Kessler. Kessler got beat by Ward and Froch, he is good but he will never be great. Lacy was overated and never recovered from the beating Calzaghe gave him. Calzaghes best win is Hopkins and that was really close, i had it 114-113. Mayweather has clearly done more.

Yeah, exactly. Lacy was not ready for Calzaghe, his entire fightplan was to take him out with one punch. After Calzaghe punished him over twelve rounds he was never mentally the same. He got into the ring thinking he was king of the world and left it like a broken man, sadly.

id say floyd needs to fight someone his own age or younger, like froch is doing. All of frochs last 4 fights are against younger, prime genuwine super middleweights. And froch schooled them all.

Calzaghe really only fought 2 guys who are likely to make the Hall of Fame, both of whom were pretty old.

Mayweather has fought around 8 potential Hall of Famers, none of whom were as old as the ones Calzaghe fought. There is really no comparison, Mayweather's resume is much better.

Yeah Calzaghe might have been past his peak but he was still really good. Hopkins didn't have the stamina for Twelve even when he tried to fake getting low blowed to get a breather.

Floyd vs Pac need to happen. It's the only fight that makes sense at this point.

Froch is a real warrior, he takes on everyone and always makes it a fight. Other fighters should learn from his example, he is an old school fighter who want's to test himself against the best, not just make money.

At least when calzaghe beat over the hill fighters he was past his prime. He was 36 when he fought hopkins and roy jones.


Mayweathers 32, in his prime, yet hes taking on a in active 38 year old(whom nearlky koed him in the 2nd), who would of finshed floyd off if shane was 32.

He fgihts a 36 year old marquez. Even though floyd had a height, reach and age advantage, he broke the contract and weighed goodness knows how much heavier on the night. Since he would not go on the HBO scales we will never know. but remous have it he was 10 pounds heavier.

He beats(and struggled early on) against a blown up light welter hatton. All pundits agreed that ricky struggled at welter in his previous fight, yet he still took floyd on in FLOYDS OWN BACK YARD.

ADD th fasct that in every way shape or form he lost to castillo in the first fight, the pundits, press row, the fans and even the ounch stats clealy showed castillo won. That was disgraceful. I dont car if he "hurt his shoulder". He lost.
