Well Pac already agreed on the 14 days cut off of the blood testing that Floyd is demanding on the 1st time they negotiate for the fight. But now Floyd want no cut off date & more money so you will know who really wants the fight to push through & who wants to kill it.
Anyway I think Pacquiao punch harder than Mosley. Mosley lose to Cotto & he cant even knock him down, while Pac Knock down Cotto 2x in their fight & finished Cotto at the 12th rnd. Plus Pacquiao got more foot speed and stamina compare to Mosley to put up a massive attack to Floyd every round of their fight & try to finish him. And I dont think Floyd can KO Pac. Floyd cant even finish 35yrs old+ fighters like Dela hoya, Mosley & much smaller Marquez at welter weight div even w/ the height, reac & size advantage that he have.
