I agree with you both. Mosley was more hesistant/nervous than tired.
Dude that's BS, he looked gassed as **** after the second round, he never got that second wind he would of gotten otherwise if he had been on his drugs like he did against Margarito where he was a rock solid power punching machine for 9 rounds, there is no excuse about him getting tired after two rounds of mediocre work.
he really showed his age in there, never seen mosley look so bad
He looked horrible against Mayorga, there was no doubt in my mind Money would school and tax that ass, Mosley fooled everyone when he fought Margarito where he made sure to take his PED's and blow the horn about Tony's supposedly "plastered" wraps to get people's attention off of his newfound "natural strength"...
People are saying shane ran out of gas after the second round, I disagree with that. Floyd made some adjustments and once he got shane's speed & timing down, it was all over for shane. Also, floyd was making shane pay every time he missed so shane became very hesitant to throw punches or combo's and you could tell he was second guessing himself the rest of the fight. He got beat mentally.
It seemed Shane stopped throwing as soon as he hurt Floyd in the 2nd.
Floyd was clearly hurt but Shane didnt let go of his punches the way he did against Margrito. I thought Floyd was as close to a sitting duck we have ever seen him. I dont understand why Shane didnt go for the KO.
Il have to re-watch it, but i remember being confused why Shane wasnt throwing when he had him hurt.

LOL, Floyd isn't margarito now is he? Margarito has piss poor defense and stands right in front of shane, coming forward and couldn't block or dodge a right hand for the life of him. Horrible comparison.
Like I said before the fight, and so did many others, the Margarito fight is such an illusion because as we all should know by now, styles make fights.
Shane couldn't "let his hands go" after the 2nd round because Floyd was making him pay, over and over again. Check the compubox numbers - shane threw more punches than floyd, he just couldn't land for **** cuz floyd got his timing down. Floyd also would keep the perfect amount of distance between eachother...when you re-watch it, pay attention to floyds footwork, that was key.
you have to take into account that he hadnt fought any1 as good as mayweather before, he probably used up alot of nervous energy, and possibly tried to hard to finish it in the 2nd.
