Common sense should tell you that Manny needs to take tests.

It would be nice to see the Nevada (and other) Athletic State Comissions adopt the USADA metric for testing for all title/megafights.

Weight classes exist in boxing for a reason. Going up in class with illegal aids is a huge benefit to a fighter.

I'm not saying that Manny is taking PED's. I'm saying that his refusal and silly proposed timelines leave a sour taste.

This....even if Mayweather brought it out as a ploy if it really is or even if it aint, Pac should just take the damn test cuz its not like its something that will harm you, but its something to prove that your not cheating but a clean athlete. There are too many question marks with whats going on with pacquiao's refusal to take the drug test. Yes, some say that Mayweather use this to duck pacquiao, but it aint a ****** demand.
