F@#$%$! the WBC! Just for the record, In America every citizen is REQUIRED by law to carry ID such as a drivers liscense etc!!! So let me get this sraight!!! So if you are here ILLEGALLY, do not pay taxes, can not be tracked, can not be drafted in case there is a war, get FREE healthcare by going to the Emergency ward!!!!, get free education that we ****** citizens pay for etc., then in your twisted minds you should not be deported or asked to produce any papers etc!????? or if you are stopped and the LAW enforced (It is a FEDERAl law before it was a state law)...then it is a racist move!!??? There is no law like that. Just because cops led you to believe that you should carry, does not mean there is one legal constant that makes you. You can walk around with no ID.

I care if they fill out the census. I care if I live in a city that has 1.5 million people but only 1 million are legal and we only get federal funding for the 1 million. Meanwhile our roads suffer because of all the damage done to them by lowriders and vw vans and pickup trucks with the exhaust scraping on the asphalt...and we cant fix it because the fed doesnt know that we have 50% more people.

The law in Arizona would actually cost you the tax payer more simply because local law enforcement would now have to jail these people. And on top of it just wait till all the lawsuits start flying over American Citizens getting detained by local law enforcement. Arizona's gonna lose billions from it annually.

racial profiling is already legal. Dear god can people learn to read a newspaper just once in their lives. Ever heard of a Terry Stop? They dont even need info of a crime, a cop can stop someone and pat them down on sheer "intuition."

In the state I live in they can't search you unless they see or smell something su****ious, but they can stop you. I've been pulled over more times than I can count for no reason I could see other than being a group of black guys in a car. The two best defenses I've found for it are to know your rights as a citizen and being calm and articulate.

How far would this law fly if they were cracking down on illegal Russian, Dutch or German immigrants and they could stop and question any White American they wanted to check their papers?
