    Why Will Mosley Allow RANDOM Testing But Pacquaio Wont?

    This is puzzling me to no end, I just dont get it, please someone add some valuable comments. I want to see this fight.

      Pacquiao has a fear of needles.

      No... wait, he has a fear of needles on random dates only. Getting poked with needles on scheduled dates is fine, but those random needles cause him to be "affected mentally".

          Because its nothing thats why Mosley say ok ,, Arum said no because he didnt want Manny fighting Floyd just yet , he wants to milk him some more before Floyd halts the Arum money train .

              Ok, I can see this. I think the last fight they would want is Floyd also, get Pac the most he can make without losing before fighting Floyd. Still no answers on the random test issue though.

                  This has nothing to do with who he is a fan of. It is still the truth. Shane is desperate. Manny is not.

                  Shane would fight anyone for a decent payday.

                    Shane is also the one allowing random testing, why would Pac turn down 30+ million to go chase 12 with Clottey.
