Why is Andre Ward so overrated?

Dirrell has skill,but lacks the heart to be a great fighter. He complains too much,runs too much and emotionally is a coiled spring,so no,he isnt the future.

Damn Ward isnt overrated at all, he will be one of the biggest star in boxing. Why do we have to choose between Dirrell and Ward ?? I mean both fighters are pretty good, and only someone without boxing knowledge would say that ward is overrated
