Just as long as there was a cutoff date between 30-24 days out, anytime before the cutoff date was to remain random, except for urine testing which was gonna be random and going on the entire time till the day of the fight.

The fight was there for the taking. Pac accepted random drug testing, urine till fight night, blood till 24 days out and after the fight. Sounds to me like if Pacquiao didn't want the fight to happen, he wouldn't have compromised so much.

Why should it be a compromise about drug testing? That statement in itself is what's wrong in the first place.
