Let's take a good look at this situation!

I'm neither a Mayweather or Pac Man fan, and I've been able to look at this thing from the jump. SportsCasters, fans and so forth have mentioned that Floyd Mayweather ducked the fight with Manny P. I've explored that theory for weeks now, and I've concluded that it isn't true. Just think about this.........Why would someone duck out of a fight, to go and fight a more dangerous opponent?
That doesn't make sense! Mayweather didn't duck, and Pac Man didn't go and fight a tougher opponent(Clottey).

With that being said Mosely wins by way of KO in 10

Mosley wasn't available when Pac signed to fight Clottey, still scheduled with Berto back then. It wasn't until maybe a 2 or 3 weeks later that Berto withdrew from the fight, freeing Mosley up, forcing Mayweather to fight a legit welterweight, the boxing audience would not accept anything less.

WOW YOU ARE A **** TARD. Hatton was a terrible 147lber who barely (gift decision) got by collazo. At 140 where he could use his size he was undefeated and the lineal and ring champion. Why did floyd make him come up in weight? ha. The oscar fights cancel out because oscar was **** when both of the fought him. Except Pac dominated every rd and made him quit and Floyd won a boring SPLIT DECISION. Pac fought Cotto at 145, BIG ****ING DEAL THE GUY WAS FIGHTING AT 130 2YRS EARLIER AND HE FACED ONE OF THE TOP 2 WW'S (THE OTHER ONE MOSLEY WHO HE BEAT). You realize Floyd fought Judah after he had lost to a terrible Baldomir and then fought Baldomir BOTH WERE ****ING TERRIBLE FIGHTS. HE DID MANAGE TO AVOID COTTO, MARGARITO, MOSLEY AND PWILL THOUGH. I LIKE A LOT OF FIGHTERS BUT I ONLY HATE ONE AND THAT IS FLOYD BECAUSE HE ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT THE SPORT OR THE FANS.

Floyd didn't make Hatton come up and weight, Hatton's last fight before mayweather was Jose Luis Castillo at WW. And everybody thought Hatton was a threat because he beat JLC,in four rounds and Mayweather in 2 fights went the distance. And why are people whining like he forced Marquez to move up 2 weight classes, marquez could've said no. No difference than Pacquiao asking Cotto to make 145lbs, or asking Morales, who in his previous fight with Zahir Raheem fought a contracted weight agreement of 133lbs. Throughout training camp for the Raheem fight, it was spreading like wildfire that Morales had difficulty making 133lbs, so team pacquiao only agreed to fight at 130lbs, knowing that Morales would accept it because he needed the payday. Is it me or does it seem that Mayweather is held to a level of perfection that every other boxer is allowed to be average for.

The Mayweathers are obsessed and possessed by charm of Manny 'The Pacman" Pacquiao. The fight with Shane is just few days away and the Ugly Duckling is still talking about Manny. There must be something in Manny that makes KFC feels very insecured.

Assuming if somthing was 'vice versa' is just a way out of an argument. I can sit here all day and talk about WHAT IF Pacquiao made someone come up 2 weight classes and Mayweather actually fought a welterweight at an agreed weight months in advance....it doesn't matter. I think Pacquiao should take the blood tests with a 3 day cut off date, since it is, to him, a psychological disadvantage before a fight (as he mentioned long ago after the 1st Morales fight), Manny believes it's physical but I think that's where he is hampered psychologically, letting that effect his mind. 3 days should allow him the time to heal, mentally more so than physically. But its important to think about the egos involved, remember just days ago shane responded to Floyds trash talk, and immediately Floyd issued a statement claiming, 'we got him talking trash, we beat him mentally.' If Pacquiao allows the tests to continue up until the fight, Mayweather will have that to say again, and neither fighter wants the other to have a 'mental' edge even if its an imagined one. I do however believe Pacquiao will agree to the tests, he cares too much what boxing fans have to say to let Mayweather discredit him. Maybe Pacquiao, like I was, was actually surprised the blood tests can be taken AFTER the workouts as seen on 24/7. I think Pacquiao, like myself, believed they would be very intrusive, but now it doesn't look too bad, just more blood than I expected. Also to go off topic real quickly, in response, steriods in baseball are for strength purposes, steriods wont help your footwork, defense - those are Pacquiao's most improved aspects (through the last 10 years), if you remember his earlier fights prior to Diaz, he has always had a high punch output, and has gradually improved his combinations throughout his career.

Can you imagine if this was vice versa, and it was mayweather who refused the test? The public outcry for him to stand up to the plate and take the test would ring so loud around this country that we probably wouldnt let this guy step into a boxing ring until our curiousities were satisified.

First of all, Pac will never demand that ****** test. So get that ****** assumption off your brain once and for all. It will never happen. It's ******. I've watched boxing for years and never had a problem with the current testing rules as they are. Bottom line is if the fight is being hampered because of it why insist on it when you know that the stinking accusations don't hold water. Who in his right mind would cheat in that kind of scrutiny? So I'm not buying all these ****** crap about this testing ****. I'm not that dumb.
