Meldrick Taylor was far more talented than Chavez but what happen when they fought? Shane is pretty predictable which has been exploited when he faced elite fighters. Zab at his best had more tools to work with. He was a lightning quick southpaw with very good power that could box and brawl. Shane's career has benefited from slower fighters that come straight at him. In those situations he has looked great but when you put a good jab, movement and some skills in front of him the result hasn't been good for Shane. I remember when Zab was calling Shane out and Shane wanted no part of him. Remember the Shane Nosley thing he was callng him? Shane didn't want Zab until the dust settled for a reason. Not saying Zab would've won but Shane was hesitant about taking that fight then.

Judah had his chance and injured himself on purpose to not fight Mosley the animal Shane would have knock Zab's Blockoff.

To you it probably doesn't but if you came from a boxing family in the inner city then it would take on a whole different level. Being born around world class fighters in the hood is a whole different thing. Floyd aint from the suburbs. Grand Rapids is known as Grand Raggedy. The fact that he has surpassed his uncles and his father says it all. Floyd wouldn't be who he is had he not been born into that family. Not saying he wouldn't be good but he has certainly benefited from coming up in the Mayweather family.

i get what you are saying, but floyd isnt a bad ass tough guy brawler, he is one of the better boxers to ever lace them up.

Honestly, I think Mosley is going to have to make Mayweather fight. If Mayweather gets into his zone, and Mosley doesn't press the fight, I see him getting discouraged.

Shane power is there when he has time to load up and
his opponent is right there to absorb his power. Shane
closes his eyes when he throws big punches, loses his
balance at times and is a easy target for counter punching.
All of those flaws spell Mosley losing on May 1st. All in all,

i grew up in cleveland ohio.

both these young men were boxing at a young age and involved heavily in traveling the country in the amateurs. floyd wasnt on the streets at 10 trying to survive, sure his family had its problems but he had a bed, a home and was in the gym, not slinging rock or fighting everyday on the street.

these are professional athletes, it is their job to stay in elite shape.

like i said, i know where you are going with this but floyd doesnt fight like an inner city kid who had to fight everyday, i know something about that.
floyd fights like one of the most skilled boxers and especially of this era.
he certainly doesnt have that warrior spirit to take on all comers as did hagler hearns duran and leonard. we wont even go there, i know its a different era with ppv's and guys fighting once a year but you know those guys were superior warriors because they fought the best to be the best, they didnt give a **** about tv viewers, they got it on.

tyson is an example of an inner city fighter for what he had growing up.

I'm not sleeping on Mosley I think it will be a good fight. And I will gladly give $55 for the fight. But like I said before when Mosley got in that ring and messed up Mayweather's interview. I think he put a rage inside of Mayweather and Mayweather is training his ass off. To show the world if you ever interrupt one of my interviews or disrespect me in front of everybody this is what is gonna happen to you. And after May 1st trust me his point will be very well taken!
