Kessler won even if it was on his turf, if it was in America Kessler still would have won. You don't win fights by backing up and your opponent landing shots on you like Kessler was doing to Froch.

IF Ward loses to Green, everybody will have lost one of their first 2.

              This tournament is just great.

i was following the scorecards on the BBC and a british journalist gave the fight to kess with a few rounds to spare. i think if the fight had been at Nottingham it might still have been given to kess and if it was in american it was definently going to kess again.

froch tried to outbox from the outside which was the wrong gameplan. he should have followed his corners advice to use his jab, not throw single power shots etc. his trainer (rob mcracken) is very clear and always on point but froch just doesn't seem to listen.

he took away his own power by fighting off the back foot, he should have tried to get on the inside and land uppercuts more often.

kess fought well but i think it was a bit of a transition fight for him he was trying to implement new things, frochs long arms and timing threw him off slightly and imo he looked slightly cagey and tentative sometimes. i would have like to see the lead left hook he threw vs ward, more jabs to the chest and the right hand lead but all in all it was a good performance.

He would have won, but that is a disgrace and a big problem in the english boxing community.

Froch did not win this fight. Not in denmark, not in england and not on the ****ing moon.
Would he have gotten the nod in england? Possibly, but that would have been a real shame. Nothing to be proud of.

Reviewing the fight I have Kessler clearly winning by 2 rounds. Froch was hurt badly in round 8 from a right hand flush on Froch's chin, Kessler should have gone for the KO.
The difference is Kessler wasn't seriously hurt like Froch in the fight (the fall was a slip from a missed punch)

i thought kessler won, but every round was close. I could see how froch might've won in the UK
