all this trash talk by floyd is only gonna make mosley more focused and relaxed in this fight. floyd is playing a dangerious game. mosley doesn't seem like the type that is quick to anger, if anything this **** is probably just motivating him more and more!

I dont know about that. I don't see nobody smart enough to stop him. I can see Floyd fighting 5 more times ending with whoever wins between Williams and Martinez and Floyd has a very good shot at beating either one of them cause he will not stand in front of them and try to knock them out. He will be content with doing what Ray Leonard did against the great Marvelous Marv.

The only problem is that Floyd more than likely won't either of them b/c he doesn't want to go down the same path as Shane where the competition is far to risky. Martinez and Williams posse far too much risk for not much money eventhough it would do wonders for his legacy regardless of how he got the victory. If Mayweather fought Williams he's not going to win like Carlos Quintana he's going to pick his shot and force Williams to be sloppy and that would be cool b/c the guys is 6'3'' I would pay for that just to see how the smart man would pull it off but he won't and that's what people get upset about. I blame Larry Merchant b/c after he faced Castillo in the rematch the post interview you could see that he was embarrassed and for some reason Floyd feels like Merchant represents what most people think about him.

you know your shi# I can respect everything you've said, and it's all true he is selling the fight b/c everybody will buy it in order to see if he will lose, he's truely stacking the chips against himself this time Mayweather's first real challenge since he faced De la hoya since he gave Oscar his 5th loss.

The true brilliance of this fight is everybody thinks Shane has a chance because of the Margarito fight. Like Williams, Clottey and Cotto didnt whip on his ass before Mosley got to it. I say that because if you look at the Collazo, Mayorga and Cotto fights there's no way you think Shane stands a chance against Floyd.

it isnt mosley fault that his ex wife's only real payday was from her husbands career and from their divorce, so it's no wonder why she got the lions share of mosley's money. hopefully she isnt a big slag and spends that money on her kids like she's supposed to, im sure her alimony is good enough to live off of, if not, typical ***** move.

I see a Williams fight easily happening if Williams beats Martinez in the rematch.

this dude right here is on point with his assertion, if he wasn't facing Shane he would't be acting like this to sell the fight b/c we all know how it's going to play out Floyd gets in there and tries to pot shot and play defense which is cool but don't pretend your going to destroy someone and knock them out then play pitty pat at 54.95 I can tell you this if and when we order this fight there will be 25 of us chipping in $2.25 plus a .50 cent to buy a case of tecate beer to get the 30 dollars off just in case it's another cat and mouse type fight.

Michael Jordan talked trash too. You know why? Because he knew he was the best. When it comes to boxing Floyd is the perfect role model. Dude was born in the gym. You have to love boxing to live in the gym. Floyd said it right when he said some are gifted and some are born with it. That's the difference in this fight.

You may be correct the only problem is that Floyd never faced any of those fighters so we can't say that because Mosley had problems with those guys Floyd would have stormed right through them. Those are big welterweight and I commend Mosley for facing them he didn't win them all but he did his best and he always fought the best, can't fault him for not wanting to face Williams, Margarito didn't want to face him b/c he's already proven that he can't deal with guys alot bigger than himself but at least he has tried unlike Mayweather. Who remembers the first Mosley/Forrest RIP fight. Wasn't it heartbreaking, you have an Olympian who Oscar wanted nothing to do with in Forrest so Mosley dares to be great and takes an ASS beating. We should believe Ellerbe when Floyd flat out and lied to Margarito's face when he was WBA champ about fighting him? Ellerbe is a YES MAN. He is there to promote his fighter. Floyd has the same manager as Williams and still claims not to know who he is....lol. And Williams was at the DC press conference, Scheafer announced a P4P fighter was in attenance and called out WIlliams, and I am absolutely POSITIVE Floyd still will claim he doesnt know who he is lol
