Where Martinez ranks in the P4P LIST...

Martinez has come of back to back to back great fights against top quality opponents, he clearly beat Cintron twice in one night before getting a draw, in the eyes of many boxing critics he defeated Paul Williams even though he didn't get the benefit of the doubt and now he outboxed beautifully a bigger stronger opponent and busted him up...

I see Martinez in the TOP 5 I will even put him over Williams and Cotto...

Martinez absolutely belongs on that list. I just hope at his age he doesn't fall off soon.

He does belong on the list but I would say that he is at number 9-10 spot at the moment. I will say that Martinez is the Ring middleweight champion tho

Definitely over Cotto for me. If he had gotten the nod for the Williams fight which in my opinion he won then over Williams too.

He's pretty impressive but I don't know about him better than Cotto.

            I mean.

I think he beats Cotto if he decides to go back down to 154, that's if because there might be a rematch with Pavlik since there was a rematch clause, and if he beats Pavlik once again we'll see a rematch with Williams down the road if Williams gets past Cintron...

                  My ass.

Cotto beat Mosley, Judah, Malignaggi, Quintana, Abdulaev and Corley.

Martinez went the distance with a former club fighter in an exciting fight, and just beat up another former club fighter who Hopkins totally dismantled.

In fact his most impressive win might be over Shark Attack but whatever.

                  Don't follow the logic IMO,.

                    Beat him? perhaps probably yeah.

But that has virtually NOTHING to do with ranking someone pound for pound. Absolutely zilch.
