There is a big difference in an up and coming fighter calling out an elite fighter and one elite fighter calling out another elite fighter. The elite fighter is not going to take that risk for a low reward. Sure he was calling out a 38-0 Mosley but who wasnt? Mosley was #1 P4P at that time, and hes not gonna risk losing to and up and coming...

Now Mayweather has elite fighters calling him out which are high risk high reward but yet he takes low risk high reward fights....see the logic?

Mayweathers reward is money, so who are these high risk high reward fighters that can bring him his reward which is money that are calling him out? truth be told the only person who can bring him a high risk high reward fight is Pac and Pac is ducking him. I agree with you that when Mayweather called Mosley out when they were both undefeated and Mosley ignored him it could have been considered a high risk no reward fight Mosley but my how the tables turned. Mayweather is still the undefeated one and the bread winner and Mosley is now considered the high risk no reward fighter. But all of that doesn't matter because they are fighting on May 1st.

ok, u guys are annoying me with this floyd ducked winky nonsense. floyd never ducked winky, the fight just never lined up. while there was talk about a possible fight, there was never any agreement and if i remember correctly, the sticking point was the weight, there was no way floyd could come up and i dont think winky wanted to go down. so the fight never made sense.

i love both fighters, ive watched more fights on these two than any other current fighter. could winky beat floyd??? totally possible. but floyd has always found a way to adapt in every fight he's ever fought. so i never count him out, even against a difficult style like winkys.

u guys cant just come around boxing and act like u kno what you r talking about with this ducking nonsense. if u were watching boxing at the time u knew shane fought winky, but shane had already been in the ring with fighters at 154, including 2 with dlh after coming off fights with a huge ww in forrest. there was no way in hell floyd was going up to 154 to fight winky at the time the fight was being tlked about.

ur makin no sense. the reason winky beat shane is his jab. he jabbed, jabbed some more and jabbed his way to victory. ur sayin he threw everything. im not sayin he didnt throw other punches. but he aint no combo puncher and when he does throw combos they arent really impressive or effective. winky's jab beat shane, not no combos. if u gonna sit here and argue with me, the go watch the fight. ive seen it numerous times. he walked him down and jabbed him into oblivion.

This is very true. Winky beat Mosley with great defense and a good jab. Winky would not have beaten Floyd. I really think Floyd would out work him. Another thing is Shane like a dummy came straight at Winky. Winky just smiled at him, walked his ass down and kept that jab in his face. Floyd would not have came straight at Winky and if he could've gotten that fight @147 Floyd would've beat him. It would've been a tough fight but I think Floyd is too damn smart and too fast to fall into Winky's traps.

Whoa how is Mosley a no reward fighter? There is no bigger fight then this other then Pac vs May and this is Floyds second biggest possible payday.
