It doesnt matter if he knowingly took something or not--Shane is still one of the best fighters out there today, it's funny how we are fast to build celebrities up and then when they do something bad (like any other human) we tend to break them down. C'mon people--give Shane a break!! He's brought so much to the sport of Boxing--many exciting fights and he's never backed down of a challenge and that is rare these days. I'm just saying, we don't know Shane personally and we shouldnt ever really care if he did or not--he's not hurting us. We should let Shane go in peace about this--if anything he hurt his own image, not yours.

Hell, I see some actual Floyd detractors rooting for him just because of this and it's pathetic. If you are a true boxing fan, you need to hope that Floyd loses to Mosley for the sake of the sport because Mayweather will probably fight the Nate Campell-Victor Ortiz winner after the fight is over with win or lose while Mosley will go on to fight Berto, Martinez, or even Paul Williams maybe. Floyd was gonna go after Nate Campell just like Ch@mpbox's sig says. You've got to remember that Mayweather is passing the torch to Devon Alexander instead of fighting him. Mosley is more of a class act than Floyd will ever be and nothing will convince me otherwise.

Very misleading question.

The question was "Before the grand jury testimony, where you aware that what you were taking was EPO?"

The question was not. "At the time of injection where you aware that what you were taking was EPO?"

All Shane admitted is that he was made aware that he was being injected with EPO prior to testifying before the grand jury.

He did not admit to knowing that he was being injected with EPO at the time of injected.

The ongoing legal battle between Shane Mosley and Victor Conte, founder of the BALCO lab, is taking some wild twists and turns. The two sides were unable to reach any type of settlement at a conference held on Thursday in a Manhattan court. Mosley was using drugs from the BALCO lab prior to the 2003 rematch with Oscar De La Hoya. The fighter has always claimed that he was never informed about the dangerous and illegal nature of the drugs he was injecting during training camp. The lawsuit erupted in 2008 after Conte told reporters in several interviews that Mosley knew exactly what he was taking and the nature of the drugs were clearly explained to him. People shouldn't be surprised Victor released this video....this back and forth has been going on long enough and he gave Shane plenty of opportunities to come clean. As Conte put it " I am a man of full disclosure"

The way i see it Floyd has actually done Shane a big favour with OST......it proves he is "almost" certainly clean and this was a bad judgment call. OST is a step in restoring his rep.

Mosley is a good guy, but this changes my opinion of him. I thought he unkowingly used the cream, if it was a cream, you wouldn't be inclined to ask if you were using a steroid. I didn't know he was getting injections.

Mosley knowingly used the cream (topical type steroid cream and masdking agent), THG (aka the clear) a very potetn roid and EPO. Anyone with a brain knows he knew what was going on.......they all know....Shane can plead ignorance all he wants...but that **** doesn't fly when you get a grand jury subpoena......shane isn't the only one....CJ hunter, Marion Jones, Evander Holyfield etc etc.

this has been going on for years, SSm trashing Conte.....saying he was tricked, mislead etc etc and Conte always saying the same thing....SSM knew exactly what i gave him!!!!!.....guess Conte finally got tired of Shane and his frivolous lawsuit.....he gave Shane plenty of chances to come clean and drop this ****.
