Ellerbe has probably came out with that statement because if Floyd insisted on a rematch clause it looks as if he may not have been to comfident of being able to figure out shane mosley in 2 or 3 rounds like he has with most of his opponents and figures if he loses he might be able to catch him the second time around

I don't buy this whole B.S about Mayweather not knowing about a rematch clause in his contract. He is way too calculated a person especially about his career to not know. Either way i don't see the big deal if he requested one. Shane is a viable opponent to warrant one. Its not like this is something unprecedented that he asked for and is now denying. You requested a rematch clause be put in so what.
