He looked better fat; I'm dead serious. He looks all weird in those pictures.
I was thinking the same thing. Tyson appears to have aged several years, the skin on his face is so saggy. That's what happens when a guy his age loses weight too fast. He's probably been focusing on diet and possibly cardio, but not lifting any weights. At least, when he was fat, he looked something like himself. Without that mammoth neck, his head looks enormous! lol
I think he looks good and he seems a lot more upbeat and sharper than he has recently. In interviews from the past couple of years he seems to have had sort of mumbled slurred speech and looking really worn out but he seems a lot more tuned in and speaking clearly and in an upbeat manner.
Although I think he looked better as a fat guy, I have to agree that Tyson appears much happier and sharper than in recent times. In the documentary that bears his name, Mike seemed sedated, like he was on drugs. (Perhaps he was on prescription meds.) Maybe the excess pounds were literally weighing him down.
I was thinking the same thing you notice alot of boxers put on weight when they retire (eg. hamed, duran) and the ones that lose weight seem to be on something (floyd sr., and i have my su****ions about frazier).
Thought there are those rare species such as Sugar Ray Leonard who has i think looks like he could still get in the ring and compete with some of the best lolz
Doesnt change the fact Vitali quit (while in his prime) againts a feather fisted opponent, smaller then him, near the end of the fight. Doesnt really compare to old, washed up Tyson quiting againts a much bigger man (even if he was a bum). Besides, Tysons corner wouldnt allow him to continue, Vitali bitched out of the fight himself. Disgrace. He's a heartless quiter. Face it, Vitali is Quitali. And a *****.
Vitali, right now @ 38 would destroy any version of Tyson there ever was.
Plus, if you want to get technical, Tyson got knocked out by a fu.kin bum while at his peak and when he quit against McBride he didn't have a torn rotator cuff. He was just a quitter.
If you find a way to criticize Vitali for not fighting on against Byrd, you obviously know nothing about rotator cuff injuries.
Either way, you fail and nobody here takes you seriously. I'm sure you are just some dumb ass alt anyways.
