Pac was negotiating with Floyd. And Mosley was already set to fight Berto before Pac fought Cotto.

Like I said, I can't believe some of you cats don't know this ****. Pretty pathetic

Really how did pacquaio ducked Mosley.

Mosley and cotto are the same level of fighter. Mosley beat Margarito without bricks in his hand.

**** remember when everybody thought Mosley vs Pacquaio was official and signed, we had all these threads that saying pacquaio was ducking cotto to fight another old fighter who is past his prime. **** there was talk of pacquaio fighting cotto before pacquaio fought hatton. Then after the cotto fight Shane was currently signed with a fight with berto. Then Pacquaio beat 4th best welterweight availiable. Really the only fighter who can make clottey look that bad is Floyd.

Again pac is not ducking anybody. Its that its bad enough GBP and top rank are right now having serious bad blood ever since the fall out of the pacquaio and floyd fight. And guess what Pacquaio, cotto, clottey and margarito are all top rank. Floyd, Shane are both GBP. So if anybody to blame for shane not fighting pacquaio blame roach, gbp, and arum. We all know pacquaio is not scare of anybody.

anyone else notice in the second video pacquiao says he will take the tests just not on the day of the fight, and then when brian kenny brings up that mayweather only wanted the tests two weeks before the fight he's like uhhh that would still mess up my training...........

I don't know why they don't fire Raphael and let Brian Kenny handle boxing. At least Brian is unbiased and isn't scared of asking the tough questions.

They don't want parts of shane at any weight.

Both criteria must be met before Pacquaio will fight him, which are:

Shane must show severe signs of being washed up.
Shane must lose weight and enter the ring weak and drained.

Shane agreeing to drain himself was not enough. Erik Morales was washed up when he defeated Pacquaio, so they created the 2 strike rule. They drained him in the rematch in order to meet both criteria, they've stuck to that strategy from that point on. The only time after that which they didn't was against Marquez, in hope that Pacquaio's weight, size, reach, and age advantage would be enough to win. Pacquaio got the crap beat out of him, so they won't ever take that kind of risk again.
