If Mayweather does get behind, like you said he will have to fight a little bit more. I pick Shane to win. But its not going to be an easy fight for either. If Floyd wins he gets props from me.

once you hit 30 your fast twitch muscle fibers start to deteriorate and there is a big difference in your bodys ability to respond and react as efficiently as it once had with quickness, short bursts and combinations. this is why you dont see sprinters at 40 years old, but you do see 75 year olds running 5 miles a day. now im not conflicting myself saying shane can and floyd cant, anatomically, but shane chooses to take more shots and reserve his energy for offense as floyd does for defense.
it has nothing to do with anyone forcing him to fight in combos. do you think he wanted to fight jmm, odlh and ricky hatton by pot shotting here and there? why wouldnt he want to be phenonemal in a fight instead of boring?
he conserves energy to win the fight.
watch how floyd hits the mitts, his mittwork is all rythem and timing, he doesnt even snap his punches, because it takes a lot more energy.
he instead reserves his energy to be on the move all the time and on defense.
if you have ever boxed you would understand how much energy it takes to move your feet let alone bend, tuck, duck and roll. it is very exerting.
floyd also realizes that he is past his prime and that combos open him up and leave him vulnerable due to his age. at 25 he still had the agility to recover following combos as opposed to now.
this may sound strange for you young guys, but anyone over 30 or 33 understand my points.

comparison is mute because eventhough Zab may have took 4 rounds
he got completely dominated the rest of the fight and went into
a desparate, dirty tactics mode, so comparing Zab and Mosley
doesn't make sense. In my opinion, Floyd was feeling Zab out
in the early rounds. Will see how everything plays out May 1st.

Wow a great fighter that has never been staggered is all of a sudden gonna get KO'd by a fighter that couldn't KO a lot of much lesser fighters? You guys are hilarious. The only one standing to get KO'd is Shane. Floyd aint into the hype. I don't know who you guys been watching but while yall talking smack Floyd is working his ass of cause he knows what he's up against. Floyd throws idiots off with all the talk but he never comes into a fight off his game and certainly not a huge fight like this. Just because Floyd took a few rounds to figure out the very talented, quick ass, hard punching style of Zab does mean he has to against Shane. Shane isn't hard to figure out if you've been watching his career. Not hard to figure out at all.
