I agree, a good trainer can help to enhance technique and correct certain mistakes, but it's extremely rare that they can help a fighter control their own instincts. Talent isn't the issue with Shane, it never has been, his instincts tend to take over in the heat of battle and 99.9% of the time that was never a good thing.

The huge difference between Shane's 38-0,35 ko's and Floyd's 40-0 is Shane thought he could knock everybody out while Floyd's mentality is to win which makes a huge difference and the thing is Shane hasn't changed which get's him into trouble when he can't. Any true Shane fan knows what he's gonna bring into this fight cause we've seen him at his best but I'll take the best Mayweather over the best Shane all day and I don't even think we've seen the best Mayweather yet so look out.

The problem here with Shane is he usually doesn't even talk this much. This is out of character for Shane. He's saying he does all his talking in the ring but he's doing as much talking as Floyd is.
