Boxers do it all the time. They go up in weight to challenge a bigger fighter and lose then realize they are not going to be good at that weight and move back down. Gatti did it against Oscar and recently Margarito did it against Santos. I think this move is best for Oscar if he wants to regain the glory he once had. Mosley should be thinking the same thing.

      I love my fantasy world.

That is a fantasy world that you are living in, maybe you have been giving advice to Holyfield, simply telling him that he is not going to retire until he unsucks at HW. Every fighter has his limit and Oscar has had to face up to that... I believe he would like to start hurting opponents again, the only fighter he has hurt in the last several years was Vargas...I think a move down too welterweight is perfect. Who knows maybe it sets the stage for a down the round fight with KT.

Well since Oscar said September is his month, he should be able to get Forrest by then. Forrest is suppose to me back in May/June, right?

The man has proved time and again that he will take risks and take on the big fighter for glory and for the challenge, not for cash. That's what really made his fight against Hopkins so great: it was too men more intersted in legacy than cash fighting for the honour of having beaten the other one.

Hopkins could take on tomato cans and still get big gates by this point. I think he wants to drop down and rack up some Ws to end his career on a good note.
OOOOh man. I agree. I smell some karma coming your way...and way to be unbiased. Very nice.

Hey dumbass. You're not being clever. Did you think that you were original by telling her she lived in a fantasy world? What did you do, get halfway through the first word of her post and stop reading? One of the first things she said was that "in her fantasy world" De la Hoya would "un-suck". (Nice usage of a non-existent word, T-hop. I like it.) In, fact she ended her post by saying that she loved her fantasy world, you ****** ****. She said it was her fantasy world. Twice.

She's a new fan, so cut her come slack. And why don't you find a way to stop being so damn ******? Yunno, un-dumb yourself or whatever. ****.

If Oscar can make 147.....I think it would be good for him to go back there.

First thing, he should drop Floyd Sr. as his trainer.
There's no need for Oscar to keep trying to be a slickster, when he could return to a class where he can put a hurt on people.

                    Don't count on Oscar-Spinks...Cory is with King, & he's left-handed.

I meant zero harm by what I said, the fact that she is knew to the site is something I probably should have cut her some slack for. Again I meant ho harm, whats with the foul mouth, look at my post and yours, I read earlier(I may be wrong) that you introduced her too the site, with your words you are obviously very protective of her, which probably means one of two things 1)you are ****ing her or 2) she is a ******(******s need protecting, no doubt)...hmmm, in my fantasy world Nigel Benn never would have gotten back into the ring in the first round against G-man, in my fantasy world Rid**** Bowe would have got the decision against Holyfield in the second fight, in my fantasy wolrd OScar would have knocked out Bernard and then fought Vitaly for the heavy weight crown, in my fantasy world Ali would have dominated Holmes, stuck around for a few years and then fought Tyson....This is an overreaction on my part to the ladies post...do you think you overreacted at all? Unless she's five I would bet that she doesn't need you jumping in to protect her...oh if she is ******ed that counts too, if either of these two apply then I was way out of line and I apologize.

As for me finding a way to stop being so damn ******...I don't think that will ever happen, if you have read any of my posts in the past you will clearly see that I have trouble putting even simple sentences together, maybe you need to cut me some slack...after all you have proved that I am somewhat slow...again I apologize miss.
