Originally posted by The Chosen View PostThis has totally been blown out of proportion. Calzaghe has a few sniffs and now it's a big deal? How many footballers/celebrities also do it on the quiet? I use to powder my nose on virtually every night out in my first year of Uni, it wasn't a big deal. Let the man do what he wants in his retirement, I bet it's not excessive.
Its a big deal, And i hope he keeps the habit that could become an addiction, Saying it isnt a big deal shows a lot of immaturity from someone like you....His mates are worried for him and thats one of the reason they rat him out to the media....Great friends me think.

Everybody is acting like no one else uses *******. Joe
had to come out with it after almost getting exposed for
being an addict so is he being truly sincere? I'm sure there
are many more doing it in the sport of Boxing that remain
silent. I don't like being around Coce heads. Nasty habit that
can turn friends to enemies. Hopefully he gets it out of his system.

When it comes to the point that people are having a pop at him, and his legacy with remarks like "It's ruining his reputation" etc, it's down right ridiculous. A bit of blow on the occasional night out is not enough to warrant a smear campaign against the man or his career. Which is clearly the NOTW's intention here.
Look ******* is bad for you period, And i hope he realise that before its too late, Nobody knows how excessive he is with the drug but it seems it was using enough of it for some of his mates to be worried and fear for his life, I want THOSE sort of mates around me if i ever get myself in a situation like that, Not those mates who would say it isnt a big deal.
I like Joe the boxer so i hope he gets himself straight before he loose everything we worked hard for to some dangerous drugs that has claimed soooo many victims in the last 30 years or so, Yes its Joe's life and i dont think he needs to apologies to anyone because that his private business but since all of this came out now i hope enough knowledge can be pass around from decent enough people to make him see how dangerous the drug can be to his life and family.

It wouldn't surprise me if Joe has been doing ******* on occasion since he was old enough to drink. There's a huge difference from someone who uses it casually and an addict. They are making Joe out to be a junky, when really all he did was have a dabble, neck 15 pints, got wasted and kiss his sister.
