Combine that with natural talent sutch as james toney or roy jones and shane mosley does that give and unfair advantage?

I take a supplement but I do not think it is an enhancer its call ERGOPHARM gf-pro its whey protein isolate I mix it with water and take it first thing in the morning and after I workout it really helps my muscle recover been on it for a week.

Taking suplements is not cheating. These are nothing but concentrated dosed of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. And as posted earlier it is available to everybody who wishes to use it.

Now there are rules and list of not allowed products . . . and this is where the line is. You use BANNED and Forbidden products then that's cheating.

Well I'm in NO WAY an expert . . . so I simply post from my heart . . . the way I understand issues. But sometimes I also becomes an emotional poster and have my share of trash talking but only when provoked.
