yeah essentially Pacquiao decision to walk away from neogations, hurt him more concerning leverage now as compared to Dec 2009.

Now, Public pressure will Force Pacquiao to test.
In addition to taking the test, he will take the test at a cheaper price.
Because no way Floyd is giving Pacquiao 50% of the money...

No economic argument can be made that Pacquiao should recieve that kind of split.

                Time will tell though.

Right now, Floyd has all the leverage. Especially around the testing issue. People feel that Pac should take the test. Except the barefoot *******s, of course.

But I can easily envision the scenario where the pendulum swings the other way if people start seeing Floyd as a bully. Floyd is better spoken, more telegenic and is the favourite.

Many people have a natural affinity for the underdog. ****** Pacquiao is illiterate and will get the protective support of a SUPER vocal minority. They might start looking at ****** like he's Smarty Jones and ****.

Look how vocal ******'s little fans are:

The GQ writer even commented on that. He was clowning them. He wrote an article about ******, and the Philippines made him an honorary Filipino. Seriously.

They have nothing else going on.
