EXCLUSIVE: Brewster Speaks On Klitschko "Challenge"

"I'll knock you out just like your brother, but you got to get by the Rahman-Barrett winner first!
May 26, 2005 - WBO heavyweight champion "Relentless" Lamon Brewster told **********.com, "First of all, I'm the real heavyweight champion of the world. I would fight Vitali and knock him out just like I knocked out his brother, but first he's got to make his mandatory and beat the winner of Hasim Rahman and Monte Barrett. Once he does that I'll be sitting ringside with a pencil in one hand and the contract in the other. I'm ready to take his belt away but first he's got to get by them. "It's clear that he's trying to avoid Rahman because he's accepting a challenge that I never made, but now I'm making one. Get by the Rahman-Barrett winner and I'll knock you out just like your brother!"

So I guess you can stop all of your Brwester Vs. Klitschko in Septermber talks.

That's pathetic, Brewster DID call out VK and VK accepted. Brewster better get ready for a major ass whooping once VK is done with the winner of Rahman vs. Barett. BTW, I don't think VK will be fighting Rahman anyway, I believe it'll be Barett in the ring for the mandatory.

I can't believe that Brewster already gave away his game plan...
            novice mistake..

it says here, that he said "... I'll knock you out just like your brother! .. "

looks like another fight consisting of Brewster narrowly escaping having his block knocked off just long enough for Big Brother Don King's tranquilizers to really kick in, so he can step up and swindle the glory of victory.

So great, we get to look forward to Rahman vs. Brewster.

Barrett will be stopped. Klitschko will be stopped even quicker. Brewster won't beat Rahman. Byrd would win a slap-and-run match though.

when DOESNT a boxer say hes gonna knock the other fighter out?

did you expect him to say, "ill get a split decision victory against you, mister!"

                come on now...
