He rejected a fight with 5'11 Yuri Foreman sighting height concerns, he would not fight a 6'3 opponent. I can understand Manny Pacquiao doesent want to fight tall opponents because he is short and has short arms, you can tell sometimes he didnt have the best reach to throw some hooks/uppercuts.
