Comments Thread For: Schaefer: Mayweather Talk is Disrespectful To Mosley

Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer is not happy with all of the recent talk about Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao. Schaefer thinks it's disrespectful that everyone is just overlooking WBA welterweight champion Shane Mosley, who defends his title against Mayweather on May 1 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

I wouldn't mind if Mosley win on May 1st, but i want to see Floyd fight Pac first, so i hope Floyd win on May 1st.

floyd will win another boring ass fight by decision, running around for 12 rounds.

              mosley fight.

              mayweather wouldn't survive with pacquiao.

mayweather is a boring fighter, but the fight itself will be action packed if you got mosley or pac as your opponent. No way floyd can run for 12 rounds, pac and mosley will force him to engage.

so i disagree that floyd vs. mosley will be boring.

if it happens to be boring, thats floyd doing a clottey move firing once in a blue moon punch.

I hATE to admit it but that ****in guy Schaefer is right..TEAM PAC AND ROACH need to just keep quiet for now..Cause I'm pullin for MOSLEY to beat GAYWEATHER...At this point a MOSLEY who beats GAYWEATHER and fights PACQUIAO would be more action packed. Cause if Mosley beats GAYWEATHER there won't be any excuses from ******s if MOSLEY AND PAC happens..saying that MOSLEY is past his prime. Bottomline...whether MOSLEY wins or lose, a fight with MOSLEY/PAC would be more action packed than GAYWEATHER/PAC.
There is nothing that GAYWEATHER can do to beat PACQUIAO. After what I saw last night, I am more confident now that PACQUIAO has the skill, the condition, and the team to beat GAYWEATHER and his crackheads....

I can guarantee you this FLOYD is not gonna change his stripe...if he tries to get brave and fight outside of boring element. He will get tagged harder than he can give back to MOSLEY..MOSLEY'S chin has been tested..unlike FLOYD. So with that said, MOSLEY will be caring this bout, and I will stand corrected if FLOYD shows me another element that I have not seen from him, but I highly doubt it.
