      Exactly!

Pacquaio has a history of fighting guys who were recently knocked out or lost their last fight. Based on his history, his next opponent will either be Mosley or Juan Urango, but definitely not Mayweather, Bradley or Devon Alexander.
This.....Top Rank and Team Pacquiao are the main reason the fight isn't happening...

        Arum = *****

Boxing is all about talking trash. It's a contact sport. I don't want to see two guys that respect each other. I want to see two fighters that hate each other and once those 12 rounds are over, THEN the respect comes into play.

Mayweather Hatton is a prime example. Hatton was destroyed in the verbal game, his fans were destroyed, his country was destroyed. Everything about Ricky Hatton was verbally destroyed going into the fight. During the fight, Hatton was literally destroyed and embarrassed for the "FIRST TIME". Post fight it was all RESPECT by both camps as it should be.

        **** talk = HYPE = Money = great entertainment/exciting fight

This would be the biggest fight

Yes, everyone talks about Gayweather. Well I think Moestly vs Pac is the fight to happen. Both of them come to fight not to run and that's what boxing is about. This fight will break all the records. $uck Gayweather who want to see this ***ot and his ridiculous family. nitramzaid@hotmail.com

I really don t see your rationale. Bob Arum has made Manny P world famous, a multi=multi millionaire, an icon in his own country and many others, and, at the same time, given boxing fans thrilling fights, and controversies which constantly engage wrong-heads like our friend, who s post I am responding to.

Why shouldn t he make some money from it. It s his living, All promoters try to emulate Bob Arum, who, in my opinion, is by far the best.

Gosh Wess, I don t remember you ever being so bloodthirsty, you normally have very sound, well reasoned opinions, which can be respected by all. What you re talking about is Roman Arena stuff, with pro- and antagonist ready to fight to the actual death.

We are modern, humanistic, humanitarian people these days, with the consciousness that Social Responsibility bestows on us.

Boxing is a sport, with a **may the best man win** built in, understanding, that when the combat ceases, a mutual respect should be generated.

And, in most cases it is. Just my opinion.

Manny should fight these guys at the same time to shut you guys up. LOL

These guyz dont know nothing about the art of negotiation. Do you guyz have any brains?

pac vs shane would be an absolute war.

pac floyd would be floyd pot shotting on his bike as usual

pac vs shane needs to happen even if shane doesnt beat floyd.

If Pac wants to settle for two more $5 million paydays and then retire, he has that right. However, if he wants to make $40 million in one fight, the only choice is Mayweather!
I really don t see your rationale. Manny P will never look at a $5 mill payday again. His fame is so great in his home area, spreading even to other countries in the area, and indeed worldwide, that if he were to fight a kangaroo, the house would be packed and, with TV rights and etc. Pacq, would make at least $15-20 mill.

Especially if handled by Bob Arum, who, say what you will of him, (and i really don t know why) is the Prince of promoters.
