Nobody is asking Manny to concede in all these meaningless areas. All the fans want is for him and Mayweather to both take the random blood and urine tests without a cut off date. All this talk about top billing is pointless. Its almost as if he is saying i'll concede being the champ to you and you can get a bigger piece of the cake just as long as you don't make me take the random tests which is the only thing Mayweather has asked for in the negotiations.
