Well, as I rewatched Floyd-Oscar, I tried to really listen to what Freddie was telling Oscar and pretty much it was use the jab and then come in to the body. Around the 6 or 7th round, Oscar started throwing the jab into Floyd's left shoulder. So, I'm guessing Freddie wanted to to get that high shoulder sore or tired from constant abuse. So Floyd wouldn't be able to shoulder roll effectively.
From what I watch on Pacquiao. I don't see much of a jab. It's like how sunny said, a feeler to drop in the left hand. But I don't see that working with Floyd because Floyd doesn't use a conventional guard. So tapping the guard and dropping in the left isn't as easy to do.
I guess Freddie will come up with a totally new gameplan for Pacquiao if he fights Floyd then. Because from what I tried to see and hear from Freddie's previous gameplan for Floyd, Pacquiao really can't execute that gameplan.
It would be pretty interesting to see Pacquiao with a good jab. Because him lining up with Floyd leaves the left straight down the pipe everytime.
