The only reason they don't have a rematch clause is because they know Clottey will never win.....it's not even competitive and couldn't be sold as such. This fight will be streamed to oblivion,I just cannot imagine many people buying this and thinking that Clottey can pull off an upset...

That's some bull****. Seems to me like they are a lil fretting
over the fact that there is no rematch clause in the contract
and if Joshua Clottey beats Manny Pacquiao then Arum has no
more star because Clottey is a hard personality to sell to the
masses. I can't believe what I just read from Arum. Then he
throws Cotto to the wolves. Clottey is durable, patient and
defensive enough and has the style to beat Manny but it is
really up to him. I just can't totally lean towards him because
Josh is a ball dropper and Manny throws too many punches
and could potentially out work Clottey for the UD.

              Pacquiao will knock Clottey out.

Manny is very sleek and quick...and everytime Clottey brings that big head forward, the PACMAN will hit it so hard. We should remember that the first 6 rounds of every fight, Manny throws very heavy and fast punches. Its madness to say Clottey will be durable, instead he will be "dizzy". I still bet that Manny will walk over Clottey, period! Just shut up and wait for the match...there is no need for a rematch clause because Pacquiao is just going to finish him.

Gte the **** o9ut of here. Clottey is a better technical fighter than Cotto and can use his right or left hand, rather than only his left. There isa reason he landed more punches on Cotto while he threw less.

Arum has no idea how any fighter can knock Clottey out. [Click Here To Read More]
Clottey is a more durable punching bag, i agree. A more durable punching bag which will be landed on with twice the punches per round Cotto was, making it a bigger mismatch. I just can't see a way Clottey can win this. Not only he lacks the 1 punch KO power which could make this an interesting scrap but he also isn't fast enough to find Paquiao so the cumulative effect could kick in.

Sorry, Cotto is more skilled hands down. Both are flat footed and that's great news for Pacquiao.

Nah man. Cotto has become a left hand only dominant fighter in his last two fights. I don't know what the ****k happened to his right hand, it was never as useless as it is now.

People disregard Cotto's cut in that fight, as if that had nothing to do with Cotto's performance fighting with that for 9 and a half rounds.

Clottey isn't technically superior to Cotto. He has better defense. That is it in terms of technical skills.
