i think margacheato did his time, but he cant be trusted ever again for cheating!i think him being able to fight again in mexico,is a slap in the face,to the comission that banned him.he should wait until hes allowed to fight in the usa.i know in mexico they support that cheater.but the usa doesnt.getting caught with plaster is alot different than getting caught with steroids!your jeapordizing someones life with plaster wraps.with steroids,it just gives you a edge with energy,but it could work for you or against you.its not a direct advantage,like having plastered wrapped gloves.vargas tested positive for steroids when he fought delahoya,and it didnt work for him,obviously,because delahoya knocked him out.but vargas being on steroids made him strong in the first half of the fight.possibly,but still steroids werent a major factor to help him win.but it could be an advantage for some athletes.plastered wraps,is obvious advantage and margacheato is a disgrace to all mexican fighters and any fighter,hes a snake.

warriors09 there's a difference in using steroids than putting something in your hand wraps. steroids enhance whatever a athlete is. putting something in hand wraps can kill.

This is the problem, Oscar sounds like an idiot because he's so not in favor of Margarito getting his license because he got caught with a plaster type supstance in his hand wraps prior 2 his fight with his boy Shane, an admitted steroid user who was juiced up in his fight against De La Hoya..... Isn't that funny? Arum is full of **** because he's defending a cheater but way back when Louie Resto got caught up after he beat the crap outta his boy Collins, he said Resto should never fight again. So what about "Margo" trying 2 do a Resto on Mosley Bob? These promoters are all full of it now in days. If a year was the punishment, he's done his year & they should just let him rock. I don't really like Margarito, I don't think a year was enough time 4 what he tried 2 do & I don't think Margarito shows any remorse because he throws all the blame on Capitillo but if a year was the suspension then that's it let him fight & proove 2 every1 he's still a good boxer.

I, for one think dude deserves another shot... And here is why, 1. You look at his past opponents and they're all doing, for the most part fine.... Clottey, cintron, williams, Martinez, cotto, mosley and I'm sure there's others... All champions, contenders of somewhat.. So can't say margacheto was alwasy cheating.... Fighters like trinidad, who I feel did more damage with his loaded gloves, I.e Vargas, gave him a genuine plaster beating and homeboy was not the same... And trinidad WAS known for 1 punch ko power that was not witnessed after Hopkins fight... And mrgarito has never been known for 1 punch power... He was more of a wear you down type of fighter... 2. He's eyecandy... Action, drama, and worth every penny for his events... 3. Him coming back can settle all disputes... He either comes back wins another title, returns to boxing supremacy and shuts all critics up, or gets disposed of and fades into tarnished memory and proves all his critics right.

Just my opinion, and for people that say he tried playing with other fighters health.... It's boxing plaster is not needed for risk to not be there, z gorres and Burgos off the top of my head.. Go to wwe if you want a clean safe sport.
