Bro there are African American fighters damn near in every weight-class... Just like there is Filipino fighters in damn near in every weight-class. That is like me saying Arum went out of his way to keep Floyd away from Filipino fighters... But, none of those Filipino fighters were options cuz they were not top fighters... By the time Pac went up to 126 Gainer was done as a top fighter... He could of never been considered an option cuz he was not a top fighter bro... There really no African American fighter in his weight-class that Pac could of fought that would of been a legitimate opponent...

Even though Pac resume don't include slick american boxers the time when he was Murad there were none. Those weights were dominated by mexican fighters in the form of Barrera, Marquez and Morales. About the only one that comes close was Raheem but there was no reason to fight him. After in 135 maybe but not at that time
