Would Pacquiao get dominated by Mayweather?

No way.
Unless Floyd had the perfect game plan, and Pac had the worse.
The Pac of now is still as fast, but more accurate and comes with more angles. That is very hard to deal with.
The old Pac was still good, but he lacked a right ahnd and his left was only powerful with a straight. Now he does a hell of a lot more.
Somehow I feel he has also imprvoed his timing and punch choice.
At 147, Pac seemes happy to make the weight. He doesn't have to lose 14 lbs anymore.
Most Pac fights that he has lost or drawn or come close to losing were all very close rounds. It is hard to dominate him now for sure.
If Floyd ever wins a shut out, which I doubt it, then it will be close rounds.
Pac has a few things that make it hard for Floyd.
He has equal speed. Difficult to defend against.
He is pretty accurate considering his speed.
He has stamina that allows him to throw 4-6 punch combo's at angles. This is where Floyd's great eyes will make him not see some shots. The question is whether he can conter as many back.
Pac has equal footwork speed and can dart in and out. I believe Hatton usedhis footwork effectively, but his punches were not good enough to land. Pac has better of both.
He has power. Floyd won;'t smile back if Pac lands some good, fast shots.
Pac has a good trainer and team. He also seems to already be preparing for Mayweather by testing how he deals with blood tests now, and also has fighters that shoulder roll or have the length and speed of Floyd to spar with.
Floyd will no doubt be in a tough fight VS Mosely. If Floyd wins, it won;t be easy and he will have taken some shots.
Both are great physical specimens as boxers. They work hard and deserve to make what they make.
I can not see Pac being dominated in each round at all. I can possibly see a wide UD if Floyd has the perfect fight and wins the close rounds because I also agree that Floyd has the skills, and tools to beat Pac.
