Floyd taking the tests didn't matter, he knows it bothered Manny is all that mattered to him.
Lol, and how exactly did Floyd know it would make him weak?

Let me guess, he did his research and saw the interview after the Morales fight in which Pacquiao said he lost the fight because he felt weak after getting blood drawn a day before the fight.

What was that I said right now? A day before the fight. If I am not mistaken, I also stated that Mayweather offered a 14 day cut off.

Floyd is mentally Tough Trash talking with people. But when asked about fighting Margarito and Cotto before, he was shaking his legs too scared to fight either 1 of them.

Haha, he probably did do his research. Someone on his team or GBP, had to have known about the video on Youtube. Im sure Team May will research their opponents - weaknesses, gameplans, etc.. to gain any type of an advantage. Why wouldn't you?
Forgive if my memory is off, but the 14 day was offered after Pac walked. He kept to his 24 day cut off. Pac offered after the fight to give whats the difference?

Dunno, look into his eyes when he is staring at someone before a fight starts, seems pretty prepared and confident to me.

Well it takes some kind of toughness to sit on the ropes & tell Cotto give it all he's got,no??

I'm guessing Floyd is as mentally tough as Hamed.

Suffer the first defeat and throw out an entire career.

                  lol..
Thats what toughness really is all about.
In how you handle at your worst times and not at your best..

Really what advantage does he have over Mosley....8 oz gloves, standard Nevada ring.....???

What about ODLH?? What advantages did he have there?? He was nearly robbed by incompetent judges!!!!

                    Complete cop out.....

What about Pac asking Cotto for a catchweight????????? They would have asked clottey aswell, but they realised there would be a backlash.

He's mentally weak if you consider being superstitious as a mental weakness. I don't buy the whole phobia crap because he was willing to compromise on the blood testing. He wasn't totally rejecting the proposal. If Mayweather knows that Manny has this superstition and still refuses to compromise, then who is really mentally weak here?
