Floyds fights did more.

You have to factor in the biggest recession since the Great Depression **** face. Pac's big fights all came in a way worse economy than Floyd's did. Pac is already a way bigger star than what Floyd ever has been and ever will be. Not to mention Pac is the p4p king, has a WW title and was fighter of the year. Pac Cotto was better than any fight Floyd has ever had. Pac should just come out and say that he will never give that FRAUD PIECE OF **** HIS BIGGEST PAYDAY. FLOYD WILL LOSE TO SHANE ANYWAYS.

the biggest question is why is floyd slandering pac? I too hope shane whups floyd because floyd will forever duck pac.


1) 50/50 split is fair

2) floyd has a history of not making weight. the penalty was justified

3) pac's history of roid use is as good as floyd's

its not hard to see why you believe floyd is ducking when you consider the fact that he has manage to avoid fights with the top welters. the only reason he is fighting shane is because it was the only high earning fight available after pac refused to take random blood test. even with floyd history of being duck the bigger question for me is why is pac avoiding the random blood test when he is clean? that what i still dont undrstand and it would still be bigger question if you removed pac and floyd from the random blood test scenario and replaced thm fighter a and b. i would blame the guy who refused to take the test

I can bet that PBF WILL do better than Manny vs Clottey. but if there is ever a poll that is required you to take before you by a PPV this is it. The poll will be, "why are you buying PBF vs Mosely fight.

1. To see Floyd win
2. To see Floyd lose

I could gaurantee it is for the later.

All I know is that I am buying Pac-Clottey just to see Pac. And I am buying Mayweather-Mosley because I am Mosley fan. I haven't been a Floyd fan since before the Gatti fight and I have watched most of Floyd's last fights because I was fan of his opponents, (Judah, Oscar, Hatton, Marquez,). I didn't even watch the Baldomir fight live. I just watched the free replay on HBO.

I didn't read all 100 replies but a lot of you guys are looking at this wrong. Yes, Floyds statements sound ridiculous but there is a reason for them. The PPV thing has all to do with when negotiations start back up, Manny can't demand for more than a 50/50 split him self. Also, Floyd might be trying to get a few extra bucks but in the end he will surly accept the 50/50 split. Its just a game they play. As far as the cut off date, Floyd can't leave it standing at 14 days because Pacquiao will try to negotiate between the 14 and 24 day cut off, which of course is a bunch of crap because originally Floyd wanted it a day before the fight and Manny wanted 30 days before the fight. The middle spot between the 1 day and 30 days is 14 days like Floyd asked for. It was Manny that wasn't negotiating fare by asking for 24 days which wasn't meeting in the middle like they should have and like Floyd agreed to. The middle between a 14 and 24 day cut off would be 19 days and that wouldn't be meeting in the middle. Thats why Floyd has to take the date back up, but I'm sure if he agreed to 14 days once, he will do it again. This is just normal ***** games in boxing and nothing really worth getting worked up over. As far as I'm concerned, if Manny didn't agree to the 14 days the first time around I doubt he will agree to it later. I don't think this fight will ever happen anyway.

i hope shane destroys floyd. pac should have took the random blood test especially since he is clean but in the end i am happy that floyd didnt get that payday. (i am such a floyd hater that i am happy that ain't making a huge payday but not to big of a floyd hater to keep me from reconizing that its pac fault for there fight not happening since he is ducking random blood test)

there should have NEVER been a cut off date for randomizing drug testing to begin with. the 14 day cut off date was just ridiculous not to accept. and it was more then fair.

WELL, I GUESS THIS FIGHT WILL NEVER EVER HAPPEN.

i thought the 14 day cutoff was past generous too. pac is not intrested in taking any test. if i moved up seven weight classes and got stronger and stronger in defience of logic, i wouldnt take any test neither

What is funny that so many so called boxing fans are making a big deal over this. Do you not remember back to late summer and fall when both sides were going back and forth with junk like this.

It is just posturing and letting it be known where they stand to start off negotiations. It is pretty much meaningless when it comes time to actually make the fight happean. Maybe the fight happeans maybe it does not but this statement is pretty much meaningless in regards to that.
