Comments Thread For: Mosley Seeks Respect By Exploiting Mayweather's Flaws

For the last few years, Mosley has been trying to secure a mega-fight. When Floyd Mayweather Jr. retired in 2008, and Pacquiao was still competing in the lower weight classes, Mosley had no mega-fight dance partners in the welterweight division. Things got a lot brighter in 2009. Mayweather announced his return to boxing, and Pacquiao became a major player at 147-pounds. Mosley began a heavy media campaign to fight both of them. Neither fight materialized as Pacquiao and Mayweather were more focused on fighting each other.

So Shane says he can outbox Floyd. Yet he was outboxed by Cotto.

Then Shane goes on to say he will beat Floyd based on triangle theories.

The crown gem is him thinking he is lightinging fast southpaw like Judah.

He also says hes a black mexican and loves to brawl...then says he will outbox Money.

        Good stuff Shane.

Everytime I hear Shane talk, I think more & more that Floyd is going to beat his ass, bad. I made a thread about this like 2 weeks ago. He's too overconfident. Its not just about he will win but he doesnt see Floyd on his level. He thinks Floyd is like a little kid to him and an inferior fighter. Once the point comes when he realizes that Floyd is that good then the fight will be over.

He immated Floyd so he knows how Floyd thinks? What kind of dumb **** is that. Just because you portrayed him in sparring means that you know exactly how he thinks even though everyone thinks he's the smartest fighter in the game while they say that you show no ability to adjust. He also is talking about speed too much. Thats all he keeps talking about. He was talking about his speed against Margarito. Floyd aint Margarito, fool. Its going to be light years different. Meanwhile Floyd never says anything about speed. Floyd keeps talking about boxing & mental stuff.

Then you have this fool saying the craziest thing ever. Not only is he going to win but he's going to do it by outboxing Floyd. Wow. He better not try that dumb ****. If thats his game plan then he has no chance in hell to win. He's talking about reach & Floyd fighting littile guys but Floyd has also fought a mad amount of bigger & taller guys and Floyd probably has the longest reach in the game P4P. He's too overconfident. Floyd doesnt even talk about fighting Pac next but thats all Shane talks about. He is going to get beat bad
