If before the Marg-Cotto fight for the Cotto/Marg tandem and the current status of Pac/Mosley, I would chose that Marg-Cotto. Hot win streak and amazing WW resume. One undefeated and looking every bit like a monster. One is a volume punching stalker. They were at their prime at that time. Unless Shane proves me wrong, only Pac is prime now.

In terms of status, it would be the same. Recognized 1 and 2 of the division.
