he moved up weight divisions.
he was 145 when he was fighting at 130.
also moving up in weight doesn't diminish your power , dumbass.
the ability of the people in the higher weight classes to take your punch increases.

can't stand mofo's who don't have basic understanding of boxing.
ko percentages are crap anyway. it doesn't differentiate from tko's and ko's.
vitali quitto has a higher ko percentage than george foreman does that mean he is more powerful than george foreman?

In the last ten years, pac lost only ones and that was to erik morales. At that point, he was still one dimensional right right jab and a straight powerful left kind of a fighter. He had no need to learn anything else prior to that fight, it was getting the job done. Morales peppered him with jabs keeping him offbalance most of the fight and since then although slowly, pacquiao started learning to use his other hand as weapon. He found himself actually hurting his opponents with a wild right cross if it lands. He surprised himself after landing a right hook to velasquez face while actually taking a step back and velasquez walked into it and was wobbled. The right hand was born and slowly developed hence the better KO ratio. He also work the body very early in his the fights lately. Most of his Kos are wear and tear to his opponents. He fights like a warmedup diesel engine. Knock him out or he'll knock you out. Yup, pacquiao is still very vunerable to get hit. miguel cotto plastered him with good shots winning the first 5 rounds in my opinion despite the knockdowns. Pacquiao withstood all cotto has to offer and cotto could not see what was coming back to him. He throws shots from angles not traditional to most fighters. That and has a big straight left every opponents has to be careful of. His KO ratio has improved drastically now that he has time to accumulate punishments to all of them.
