trust me, he wont sign......apparently shane has agreed to every single demand, yet floyd hasn't signed the fight yet......he already has a negative image in the public's eye.......if cotto and heck even berto were able to sign to fight mosley, why is it that floyd is so reluctant.........

I apoligize, TortillaWarrior. I forgot what an expert you are. No, I've grown up around boxers, and I spend alot of time at legit boxing gyms, starting at Joe Frazier's gym, and recently at the Mendez Boxing Gym in NYC, where people try not to speak until they've paid their dues and learned about the sport. I realize fantasy football and imdb.com messageboards are also a grueling school in itself, and I respect all the time you've spent there, but I guess I come from a different background. And no, I don't want to fight anybody. As I recall, back in the day, you, like many people, had a great habit of hurling off insults and ****** this and ***** that, and my point was, you wouldn't be so brave in person. Whether or not thats a term of endearment with you and your mates, well I can argue since you don't see me as your pal, you certainly don't mean it chummy... but call me what you want. I'm pretty sure he's gonna sign. Its either promo or he has some thinking to do. I mean this is the biggest fight of his career and possibly the toughest opponent he'll ever face. Not to mention the difference in class compared to his previous two opponents. In fact DLH and Judah were the only opponents he's faced that are near his class level since his lightweight days.

However if he pulls out, he is officially a ***** and he will be removed from the #1 spot in my favorite fighters list and replaced with Timothy Bradley. I will also petition his fights and hope he retires and never shows his face around boxing again.

Let him retire. His fans argue about things like integrity and how Floyd was pushing for stricter testing for PEDs to help clean up the sport, yet on the other hand this tool doesn't even have enough respect for his own co-promoter and Shane who is a veteran, to sign the contract in a timely manner so that a proper promotion can take place. I understanding reading is difficult for a man of Floyd's intellectual abilities but surely Ellerbe can read it to him at nap time?
