Khan can't take a punch to the chin. Roach will not allow him to trade punches with JMM. Unless he is into something that will magically make him immune to punches to the chin against JMM.

well, JMM has had months now with his new muscle so we'll see, but i think the consensus is JMM catches Khan on some counter **** and KO's him?

Its sad to say, but if JMM doesnt KO Khan, he will get severly outbox in this one.

The Juan Manuel that fought DIaz Knocks Khan the **** out!!!!
It's only 5 pounds up from the weight he fought Diaz, and only one fight removed. Marquez is largely the same fighter who beat Diaz. Mayweather out boxed Marquez but in no way did he badly punish him. If Khan wins it will be because he has improved and is better than most people give him credit for. I don't buy into the theory that Marquez is shot after losing a boxing match to the soft punching Mayweather. However if Khan does beat Marquez, I fully expect Marquez to be labelled as shot after the fight to discredit Khan.

Anyway, Khan can win this. He is bigger, faster, and stronger than Marquez. I'm expecting Khan to win in more spectacular fashion than Mayweather did.

Damn, I was hoping this fight would get signed for April 17, since I'm going to be in Vegas at that time. Golden Boy is killing me... first they move Hopkins/Jones (yes, I know, they are old... but it'd still be cool to have seen it live), now the Khan fight. Ugh. I hope something gets signed for the 17.

Anyhow, this one is tough to call, but I'm not willing to count out Marquez yet. He did get dominated by Floyd, but 1) that was Floyd Mayweather, not Amir Khan. No disrespect to Amir, but let's be real here and 2) he moved up to welter the first time.

Those variables make it tough to determine where Marquez's career is at based on that fight. I think this fight with Khan will tell us a lot, but right now, I'd still bet on Marquez.

Chinny Khan has no chance against this warrior. Marquez via easy KO.

There's no doubt in my mind that Marquez is the better boxer, but at 140 I have my doubts about him winning. We have all witnessed how a quick boxer can dominate him at higher weights, with Khan it might turn out just the same.

You're making it way too easy. Those who haven't figured out you're a wind-up yet only have themselves to blame.
