Arum was negotiating with several boxers at the same time he was in negotiations with Floyd. Why do you think the deal was done in one week? He already had an offer on the table and he knew Clottey would agree to anything to have a fight with Manny. Manny and Clottey work for Arum. Mosley works for GBP and Mayweather works for Mayweather Promotion.

Clottey agreed to a horrible money split for the fight - something like 90-10 for Manny.

The hold up has to be the money split for the fight. Manny got something like 90-10 for his fight -- you know Mayweather is going to ask for something similar, if Manny got that for his fight.

TS, Clottey basically took a 90/10 deal. Im sick of hearing all these people saying crazy things like Shane will accept anything. Sure it may end up that way but he's not going to volunteer that from the jump. He's going to try to get as much as he can and thats the hold up.
