    Its not an excuse for clottey, he needs to make sure that he comes in the ring at a good weight. Not too heavy

                      I think Cotto has been just getting smaller lately anyways. The 145 may have made him come in smaller but I seriously doubt there was a rehydration clause. I know Cotto wouldnt give into all of that
