"I don't think Manny is on anything. He's just at the top of his right now"

    - Timothy Bradley, WBC/WBO Jr.Welterweight Champion

“Here are some facts, Manny Pacquiao is one of the hardest working and most disciplined fighters in the sport. Manny Pacquiao’s success as he moved up in weight has been fueled mostly by a change in style and tactics rather than added strength. One of the most astonishing things to me is the folks
who somehow believe that all of a sudden it’s reasonable to assume that Pacquiao, above all other boxers, needs a special set of testing rules to participate in a big fight. No performance enhancing drugs can change your technique. It was not power that made the difference. The difference was speed, ring generalship, combination punching, and a vastly improved
    defense.”

    -Al Bernstein, Boxing Analyst

"Mayweather shouldn't be making accusations without a shred of proof as he tries to discredit all of Pacquiao's great accomplishments, nor should he try to circumvent the Nevada rules by asking for blood tests when the commission has never asked for them."

    - Dan Rafael from ESPN

"Who is Mayweather to ask for the tests? Why didn’t he ask Marquez? Manny’s not on 'roids."

    -James Toney, Multi division Champion

“I don’t see any reason of accusing Manny of using illegal drugs in our fight.”

    - Jim Strickland, David Diaz's Manager/Trainer/retired licensed pharmacist

So the reason Manny says he lost to Morales is because Manny took a blood test close to the fight?why?i thought that wasn't how testing was done in boxing"so close to the fight".The man(Manny) cant even just say that Erik was the better man that night...Boxed my ears off...out toughed me.Manny's comment on fighting Floyd jr."I think he will run long, around the corners"...It's called boxing Manny. To hit and not get hit.Manny's comment on why he stood on the ropes and invited Cotto to come in and hit Manny."He(Cotto) kept saying before the fight,he is the bigger, stronger man so i wanted to prove thats not true".Well, you and Roach did a good job convincing Cotto you were the smaller man before the fight i'll tell you that."Oh,Manny can barely make 147lbs""It wouldn't be fair if we let Cotto get on the scales at 147lbs for HIS title. Now one fight later he can be a full welterweight against Clottey.Roach now says that Manny will stay a full time welterweight. If any fighter that Manny fights posses any kind of threat then thats when the demands come into play.Manny and Roach only agreed to fight Oscar at 147lbs because Roach new that at that point in Oscars career he would have a very hard time with the weight. On top of it all, they threw in the demand that Oscar had to pay a million dollars for every pound over 147lbs on the scales. And on top of that,Manny's team threw in another demand in the contract that Oscar could NOT rehydrate past the 147lb limit come fight night.Roach stated that he seen blood still coming from the intravenous marks on Oscar's arm where they were try'n to get fluids back into Oscar seconds before the fight, when the two fighters came to the center of the ring for instructions.

I have a question...is this the first time Manny is claiming that he thought Clotty won the fight with Cotto? I know he's trying to hype his fight but it doesn't seem right discrediting Cotto's win after Manny was giving him so much praise before he fought Cotto.

I don't think he's discrediting Cotto as a fighter--he just thought Clottey might have edged out Cotto--Pacquiao was at the fight afterall.

well it seems they both got tons of punishment in the morales fight and they did do two blood tests on manny 2days before and before the wighe in...but that was when PAC was still a repeated puncher jab straight left hand every time the guy couldn't even throw a hook and in the morales fight manny got cut by a head butt in the final rounds and blood was going into his eye and still he fought till the very end and still the Fight was close and don't forget manny did ko morales twice after that and became one of the best trilogy's
