In simple terms, using anabolic steroids changes muscle anatomy to the extent that it primes the muscle to make gains even long after athletes have stopped using the drugs. Relating that information back to the original question of whether steroid gains are retained, the answer would be yes, but with a caveat. A major reason that steroid-induced gains appear to evaporate when the drugs are stopped is that many athletes either lay off all training after a contest or severely cut back on intensity. Inactivity amplifies cortisol’s effect and can cause muscle loss. On the other hand, if athletes continus to train with high intensity, there’s no reason their muscle gains would disappear.

      What's the difference with that?
Pac is just showing you people that he can't be pushed around by someone who is complaining about slave money.
Besides, Pac is far more richer than Floydie... hands down!

Floydie created his own ghost... what if he tested positive of using PEDs? hahahahaha!
That's a LAME excuse. If Pac could agree to 24 days then why not
14? Considering an expert already stated that 24 days wouldn't be
suffice time to catch a person cheating. Manny ducked Floyd and
      it's plain as day.

Who came up in weight to make his way through the divisions? Not Manny 'catch weight' Pacquiao. He's the only fight who could get away with taking another fighters belt at an unofficial weight limit.
For the record, Pacquiao fought only 1 time at a catchweight and that is with Cotto at 145lbs for a WW (147) fight.
The dela Hoya fight was fought at welterweight 147 lbs, dela Hoya coming down from 154 and Pacquiao going up from 140. They both agreed to meet halfway. It wasn't a catchweight, it was at welterweight. Hatton was fought at 140, Diaz at 135, the rests at 130 below.
        Get your facts straight. thanks.

This is true and team Pac are already looking at a fight with Mar-a-cheato..... Ducking Floyd already.....

If Mayweather beats Mosley, Pac will have no option and no choice BUT to fight Mayweather unless he "ducks" out to politics.
