A promoter telling the truth or a promoter that lies too much about a fight? Arum right now is saying what most think. De La Hoya said to Hatton Pacquiao's punches were like a fly and look what happened. That's the same guy who said Pacquiao's punches were like fly to Mosley and Vargas punches. You guys complain alot when Arum lies and now that he tells the truth, you f***ers still complain. So which one is it?
          Ding ding ding!

          We have a winner.

People just don't like Arum, so whatever he says gets hated on. I'm not backing up what Arum says, but it's just funny that people ***** about everything that comes out of his mouth.

If Clottey was as good of a boxer as Marquez, he can actually put up a fight with Manny. Skill wise, Manny is not that great, he mainly uses his speed and power. Floyd, Bradley, Paul Williams, Shane Mosley, and Marquez can all outboxing Manny.

Forgetaboutit! Who knew Pacquiao was going to face Cotto and Clottey??? It's going to be one tough event for the both. Honestly, Clottey is far more greater of a threat than Cotto. "The Event" is going to be HUGE!!!! Should have been Mayweather but he talks too much and his ****** GBP.

Joshua Clottey has the defense, patience and accurate counter
punching to beat Manny Pacquiao but the only question is, does
he have the hunger and want it bad enough to keep the heat on
Pac for the whole 12 rounds? If he holds back then Pac will out
                  work him for the decision.

My point is, yes we all know that Arum rather have Pacquiao win. It's his cash cow. That makes perfect and common sense.
However, as a potential viewer of the fight, you telling me the fight is worth purchasing but yet you're telling me that Pacquiao is going to be too much for the man he was matched against as a challenge to replace the cancelled "Fight of the Century"

Lastly for those in Clottey's corner, how is anything from that camp going to be able to go into this camp confortably knowing that opening the promoter for who you trust and make money for rather see you lose. That could throw off the whole entire game plan.

I believe when a promoter has two of his boxers fighting in the same fight, the promoter should keep their opinion on the fights outcome to themselves.
Arum is full of it.First him and Freddie Roach are saying this is going to be a tougher fight than Mayweather, now Arum is saying Manny will win because his speed is too much for Clottey.
I think EVERYONE knows who wins this-Pacquiao in a fight we have seen at least 4 times in a row so far.It will be easy for Manny to be "too fast" when Clottey plants his feet and plods along, then takes rounds off and gasses out. Anyone who says this is tougher than Mayweather needs to do their homework.
I think now Arum is attempting a new promotional strategy with Clottey that he didn't try with Mayweather-its called honesty! Whoever is going to buy this fight, just know that even Bob Arum is admitting this too not be competitive....just another fighter with Pacquiao's "criteria" list all over again.

                      Arum has an opinion.

I'm sure he practices discretion sometimes.

But if you have reporters and journalists coming
at you 24/7 then eventually they will get the real scoop.

Especially if the reporter is good or knows how to network.
damn all they gotta do is bring him a pizza for an interview
